Formula
Room Subtotal = Nightly Room Rate × Nights
Total Resort Fees = Daily Resort Fee × Nights
Taxable Base = Room Subtotal + Resort Fees (if resort fees are taxed), otherwise Room Subtotal only
Tax Amount = Taxable Base × (Tax Rate ÷ 100)
Grand Total = Room Subtotal + Total Resort Fees + Tax Amount + Other Mandatory Fees
Effective Nightly Rate = Grand Total ÷ Nights
