Occupancy Rate (%) = (Rooms Sold ÷ Rooms Available) × 100
Average Daily Rate (ADR) = Total Room Revenue ÷ Rooms Sold
RevPAR = Total Room Revenue ÷ Rooms Available | or equivalently: ADR × (Occupancy Rate ÷ 100)
Vacant Rooms = Rooms Available − Rooms Sold
